At True Forge, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 45-day return policy. You have 45 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Be unworn except for trying on for sizing purposes.

  • Not be washed, altered, damaged, or excessively used.

  • Include all original packaging whenever possible.

Products that have been heavily worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

  • A brief description of the reason for the return.

  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The item is defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection.

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if a different size is needed, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale items.

  • Products that have been washed or excessively worn.

  • Items returned after the 45-day return period.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation and order records.
