Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

True Forge currently ships to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Europe

  • Most international destinations worldwide

If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 Business Days

International Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Shipping Time: 7–20 Business Days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Delayed Deliveries

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to:

  • High shipping volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Holidays

  • Events outside our control

True Forge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.


Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

True Forge has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

True Forge is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Packages confirmed as lost may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members.

  • Checking around your delivery location.

  • Contacting your local carrier.

  • Waiting up to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

True Forge is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged item.

  • Photos of the packaging.

We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
